Dear John:When the senior management of TF determined its website was in serious need of an overhaul I got assigned the project. Whew! Just had no idea all that was going to be involved.
It became clear real fast that we needed “expert” guidance. And there’s no short supply of this in the marketplace. After a number of interviews, to include some high-powered advertising agencies, we engaged you. And oh so glad we did.
The first thing I want to applaud is how attentive you were. I’m guessing TF is not your only client, but it seemed we were. To think you were on vacation a long ways away and still worked on our site … well, just commendable.
Your architecture ideas were both artistic and right-on for a marketing website. We learned a lot. And your skills at writing are simply exceptional. You have a unique ability to take complex concepts and reduce them to simple, understandable and fun language. And we both know this is critical to get and keep viewers, and then motivate a sales action.
Thanks so much for your excellent work. We are VERY impressed!
